Our Founder
Michael NG is the Founder and Managing Director of SINKAO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD. His experience in construction, his dedication to each individual project, and his devotion to each of our clients are the corner stones of our company’s achievements.
Michael maintains very productive relationships with our core associates and our financial partners, and works closely with our consultants and suppliers to deliver the customer satisfaction that is essential to our professional and personal pride. He continues to follow-up our projects first-hand and is a marked presence on site, assuring our promise of service and quality is delivered across the value chain.
Our History
SINKAO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was incorporated on 6 February 1986, under company number 150450-M. As a limited company with an authorized capital of RM 1 million, the company has the financial stronghold to commit to projects of various scales and scopes.
Starting out as a small-scale family business, the company has grown to a well-respected player in the field, with a dedicated management team, comprising of experienced managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and site personnel. Yet the spirit of the enterprise still reflects our humble beginnings: we take pride in what we do!
Our Projects
SINKAO CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD works with renowned developers from Malaysia and abroad to successfully complete projects of various nature.
We have gained great experience in industrial and commercial construction, with factories, offices and shop lots in various sizes. As for residential buildings, we delivered turnkey projects ranging from flats, single storey terraced houses, and double story terraced houses, to luxurious cluster homes and semi-D houses. Public facilities completed by our company include schools, hostels, etc…
